I’m passionate about helping pregnant women and new mums feel comfortable, supported and empowered in their bodies, through pregnancy, birth and the demanding early months of parenthood.
I was drawn to chiropractic from an early age, having been adjusted from birth, and that personal experience has stayed with me throughout my career as a treating practitioner. I chose to work in the prenatal field because of the rewarding nature of the work, and the privilege of supporting women through such a huge life change.
I take a gentle, hands on approach to care, tailored to where you are in your pregnancy or postpartum journey. I have a special interest in pregnancy care, including the modified Webster technique, a gentle approach used to support comfort and pelvic balance in the later stages of pregnancy.
I also work with new mums who are dealing with neck, upper back and shoulder stiffness from long hours of breastfeeding, bottle feeding and carrying their baby.
I value clear, practical education and collaborative, evidence based care.
My aim is to create a warm, non-judgemental space where you feel listened to, comfortable asking questions, and confident in the decisions you make for your body and your baby.
